2013 Hyperstrada All Buttons greyed

Hello, the buttons in Melcodiag are all greyed out. Below is the debug report. The cle.lic file has been added to the Melcodiag folder. Is there something else I should try? Thanks

have you check the part troubleshooting from here ? viewtopic.php?t=5

i see you have not a Eu / Us font on your system , it could be the root cause of the not recognization of the licence

My bike is Japanese spec, so maybe Japanese fonts are being used.
Is there any way to authenticate the license? Thank you in advance.

even your computer use japaneese font. 水曜日
if you can't use english font on your computer then i have to find an different way , but that wouldn't be the fastest one
