Hello, I have read this forum in and out looking for solutions but haven't find one yet. I have reinstalled the JPDiag app, copied my license to the folder and everything seems to work fine, except sometimes I don't get the SERVICE RESET or the TPS RESET prompts visible.
When I finally get the RESET prompts in view, they appear grayed out, and so far, I haven't been able to perform a reset.
Whenever I open the app, I automatically get redirected to the "Request license" page on the website but If I apply to another license, it says I already have one.
License file (cle) does not have any tabs in Properties; it's just a general file so I can't access permissions.

just unlock the cle.lic file by right click on it
