New license

Hello,
Last week i requested the license according to the procedure: click on the blue button and fill in the field on the form. I looked in my mail and also in the spam but i didn't receive anything. Maybe i did something wrong?

Hi, sorry for the delay but i've been away for few day.
I've followed the right procedure, click on blue button ecc, and click send. But i didn't read the last page. I thought it was a confirmation.
Instead it said this:
Be sure you are using the right software and the rights cables for connecting to your bike , data are incomplete!

In the main page of MelcoDiag i see only the VIN. No ECU type or hardware or software versione are detected.
The ELM327 v. 1.5 bluetooth.

Hi,
I sent my License request yesterday (using the MelcoDiag app button) but so far have not received any response. I checked the spam folder as well.

Do you know if the license was sent to me (pm.purchases@gmail.com) or how long can it take?
